Enterprise Risk Analyst

Up to £70k + bonus

Rapidly expanding City based Trading House is seeking to strengthen their Risk Department with the addition of an Enterprise Risk Analyst. The successful candidate will join part of the Risk Oversight Department within the second line of defence. The role will involve covering all risks faced by the clearing house and  working closely with all the business, providing analysis and information directly to the senior management team and Board. 
 

Duties to include:

- Risk metric monitoring.

- Analysis and reporting in relation to risk appetite.

- Collation of risk reporting for Risk and Board committees.

- Conducting risk register and control assessments.

- Assisting 1LOD in completing risk register assessments and maintaining the control inventory.
 

Required experience:

- The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's, Master's or other advanced degree in a technology, finance, or related discipline.

- Experience in financial services risk management or another assurance or analytical role.

- A broad understanding of all risk types, with specific experience of operational risk or enterprise risk frameworks valuable.

- Experience in a Clearing House or the Clearing business is preferred, but not essential.
