Up to £35k per annum
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a well-established international banking group in Central London for a Junior Facilities Officer. The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the day-to-day running of the bank, assisting with a wide range of duties under the Central Operations and Settlements Department.
Duties will include:- Assisting with the general management of the premises, including liaising with building management and external contractors in handling maintenance matters
The successful candidate will be:
- Oversight of health & safety and fire safety, including inductions for new staff
- Managing the procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Administering the Bank’s staff mobile phone provision, including additions and cancellations
- Drafting and reviewing policy and procedure documents
- Assisting with reporting operational risk events and contributing to the team’s operational risk requirements
- Contributing to other ad hoc projects when required- Educated to at least A level standard, or possess previous relevant working experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook- Ideally will have experience in facilities/premises administration in banking or financial servicesThis vacancy is being advertised by Montpellier Resourcing Limited.
