An excellent opportunity has arisen within this expanding international bank in central London for a Loan Processing Assistant. The successful applicant will have experience with lending and loan administration and will have sound working knowledge of the T24 system.
Working to support the Loan Servicing Officer you will be assisting in the provision of a stable, reliable, efficient, and secured loan processing system. You will be ensuring that all details regarding customer loans are accurately inputted and maintained within the T24 system.
Duties to include:

Accurately recording the full details of the loan information, ensuring that all facilities and documentation is recorded and controlled on the system. -
Ensuring that loan conditions are correctly inputted into the system.

Accurately maintaining and updating the database for reporting and analysis purposes.

Maximising the capabilities of the loan processing system to ensure the accurate and timely recording of information, liaising with front office to discuss concerns and analyse requirements for the loan servicing system.

Ensuring customers and third parties receive a high standard of customer service

Preparing all regulatory returns and reporting

Reporting of incomplete items, limits breaches etc.

Applicants must be degree-educated (or the equivalent) and have previous lending experience (loan administration, loan servicing, loan documentation and loan system maintenance all considered). Experience of using T24 for lending purposes is ESSENTIAL to this role.
