Up to £28k!
Due to rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a recent graduate to work in an international banking group in Central London. The bank are looking for someone to join their Central Operations and Settlement Department to carry out quality assurance checks of the CDD and KYC workflow. You will be responsible for ensuring that all CDD checks are conducted in line with the bank’s guideline and sanction requirements. This role would suit an enthusiastic graduate, who is keen to pursue a career in banking!
Duties include:
- Review customer KYC checks to ensure that the data has been correctly inputted into the core banking system.
- Quality checks to be carried out on all CDD processes.
- Carry out further comprehensive quality assurance processes for individual cases.
- To build and maintain a strong, cooperative relationship with Front Office, Anti-Money Laundering Directives, and other support functions within the bank.
- Checking customer details on the system to ensure the accuracy of the information obtained during initial KYC and CDD checks.
Requirements for the role:
- Fluent Cantonese language skills
- Educated to University degree level of equivalent
- Will have at least 1 years’ experience within retail banking
- Strong customer service skills and teamworking ability
- A keen eye for detail
