Investment House based in the city wishes to recruit an administrator to join their RIM Financial PlanningTeam. You will be working within a team to ensure each stakeholder receives excellent service in a timely and professional manner.Duties to include- Responsible for the administration of all KYC documentation and making sure all the necessary information is recorded on the appropriate system
- Providing administrative support to Financial Planners and a wider team when is needed. This will involve day to day administrative tasks as well as scheduling annual reviews within the RFP team.
- Keeping up to date with the changes in procedures and making sure they are followed within the necessary regulations.
- Assisting the management team in meetings through making notes and controlling the teams sharepoint including document management
- Remain compliant with AML training and other internal procedures.
- Communication with third party providers and continuing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements for the role:- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Word and Excel
- Previous experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services within an administrative role preferable
- Strong communication skills with an excellent eye for detail
