A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading wealth management firm based in Bristol, as they are seeking an experienced PA to support their head of Sustainability. You will be responsible for providing exception operational and administrative support to the Head of Department, working with confidential and numerical subject matters. Duties of the Personal Assistant to include:
- Producing minutes and undertaking notetaking during weekly meetings.
- Monitoring the inbox and distributing across the team accordingly.
- Responsible for managing diary and travel management when necessary. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting expense requests.
- Assisting with any internal or external queries via email or telephone. This role requires you to have strong personal skills and a passion for customer service. You will be acting as the first point of contact for the Head of the Division for the majority of all communications.
- Producing documentation, such as agendas and papers.
- Develop a structured approach to external meeting organization to reflect changing regulatory requirements.
Requirements for the successful Personal Assistant:
- Previous experience working within the Investment or Wealth Management industry would be high desirable.
- Minute-taking experience is essential
- Working for the Head of Sustainability, an interest or professional background in this area is highly advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Extensive PA and administrative experience with a regulated and professional environment (such as financial services, banking, legal etc) is essential.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with excellent written English.
