Due to large and exciting expansion, a leading investment firm are seeking to build their team in Glasgow with the additional of an Investment Administrator. The role places a particular focus on assisting with the Suitability process, and you will be responsible for assisting the Investment Teams with analysis and compiling suitability reports.
Duties of the Investment Administrator to include:
- Analysing client background information and questionnaires, using these to highlight any issues within the documentation. You will then liaise with the Investment Manager to highlight these issues, and will be responsible for drafting guidance and correspondence to clients from this.
- Producing client facing reports on behalf of Investment Managers.
- Developing and maintaining procedures and policies within the team.
- Assume responsibility for chasing outstanding queries from clients, inputting data and managing cases.
- Reviewing and analysing high volumes of documentation, ensuring that there are no discrepancies.
Requirements for the successful Investment Administrator:
- Previous experience within financial services is essential, investment management would be highly desirable
- Competent using Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional English grammar and spelling
