Due to exciting growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading private bank in the City as they are seeking THREE ANALYST to join their Banking Operations team. The role will specialise in the Cards and Open Banking team, and you will be responsiblefor providing the highest level to client service and operational support on all card related manners. You will be responsible for dealing with the entire BAU flow

Duties of the Banking Operations Analyst to include:
  • Dealing with all client enquiries, handling and resolving any disputes and queries
  • Processing all client requests, including card orders, token maintenance, card status change, bonus limits and more
  • Handling the full cycle of card dispute claims up to resolution. This will involve daily monitoring and maintenance of the cases created by the Fraud Monitoring system.
  • Invstigating fraudulent transactions and consumer disptes to ensure claims are genuine and can be refunded to customers in a timely manner.
  • Performing the onboarding and deletion of Third Party Providers
  • Updating client and card service records
  • Audit of invoices and bills issued by suppliers and investigating any discrepancies
  • Daily reconciliation of settlement data for Visa National and International transactions to our Banking system and investigate any discrepancies.

Requirements for the successful Banking Operations Analyst candidate to include:
  • Educated to Undergraduate level (or equivalent). Business, Economics or a related degree highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working within Banking in a similar role, and experience with liaising with clients.
