Due to exciting growth and expansion, a highly regarding wealth management firm is seeking to expand their team in their London Office. Based in the City, this is a permanent, full-time role where you will be working alongside the Financial Planners and broader team to ensure excellent completeness of service for every stakeholder. You will be providing administrative support, and ensuring that the team is up to date with matters in hand.
Duties of the Client Administrator to include:
- Responsible for ensuring all onboarding and KYC documentation is up to date and accurately recorded. This will involve liaising with providers if discrepancies are found.
- Processing new and existing business application forms
- Adding and maintaining client records and CRM systems
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks or ad hoc projects, including the Annual Reviews.
- Working to support and develop relationships with Investment Managers, clients and all other stakeholders.
Requirements for the successful Client Administrator:
- Previous experience within financial services is essential.
- Familiar with regulations and compliance knowledge.
- Strong levels of accuracy
- Able to balance workload, and working across various teams.
