Senior Transfers Administrator (Private Banking)

Up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly prestigious Private Bank as they seek a Senior Administrator to join their Custody team. The role sits within their Operations Department, and you will be responsible for managing the transfer process of client assets into and out of the business. This process is essential to ensuring an excellent client experience, and you will be responsible for ensuring all transfers are done quickly and efficiently. As such, we are seeking experienced candidates with an understanding of the transfer process from beginning to end, including both transfers in and closures

Duties of the Senior Transfers Administrator to include:
  • The transfer in and out of all Client Assets to and from the company, ensuring these are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with the tight regulations and legislation requirements
  • De-materialisation of shares into nominee accounts, and the re-materialisation of shares
  • Section 793 notices
  • ISA administration, to include annual reporting, as well as maintaining company systems and data bases.
  • Ensuring the efficient transfer of assets through communicating with counterparties, custodians and front office

Requirements for the successful Senior Transfers Administrator:
  • Previous experience in a Custody role with a knowledge of products and GB and foreign stocks
  • Understanding of the transfer process and CASS regulations
  • SDRII knowledge highly desirable and knowledge of the settlement process is essential
