A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated IT Service Desk Analyst to join the team at a highly prestigious private bank in the heart of London. In this role you will be responsible for providing unparalleled technical support to colleagues, enabling them to be as productive as possible with their use of technology. For this role, we are seeking candidates with very strong technical skills and exceptional passion for service delivery and support

????Duties of the First Line IT Support Analyst to include:
  • Respond promptly to colleagues' IT assistance requests, ensuring enthusiasm and courtesy.
  • Understand business context and prioritize requests, ensuring accurate recording and appropriate triaging.
  • Develop expertise across the diverse technology landscape to provide swift resolutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain various devices and equipment.
  • Adhere to defined standards, ensuring compliance with information security requirements.
  • Contribute to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives under the guidance of the Service Desk Team Lead.

????What we need from you:
  • Proficiency in IT support, including Windows 10/11, Azure, and Active Directory administration.
  • Degree in IT-related subject, Jira Service Desk experience and familiarity with Remote Secure Access and Cloud technologies highly desirable
  • Candidates must possess exception support and customer service skills
