Due to exciting growth and expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for THREE Investment Administrators to join a dynamic boutique investment firm located in the heart of Liverpool. Joining the Investment Risk team and working closely with their Front Office, you will be working to ensure that all client needs are being met by the company, and ensuring that investment suitability obligations are being upheld. Duties of the Client Documentation Investment Administrator to include:
- Assess client records to ensure suitability, evaluating the appropriateness of the advice that has been provided to clients.
- Guarantee that the client’s documentation thoroughly justifies recommendations, ensuring resilience to potential challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to elevate files to required standards and promptly report findings.
- Provide technically sound responses to Front Office queries, maintaining accuracy and precision.
- Conduct ‘About Your Investment Mandate’ reviews, meticulously documenting outcomes for future reference.
- Deliver clear and concise feedback to Investment Managers based on QC team reviews, and proactively challenge Front Office on suitability judgments when warranted.
Requirements for the successful candidate:

Strong client administration experience, ideally gained within the Investment sector, or Financial Services.

High level numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail

Knowledge of the UK Regulatory framework highly advantageous

Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and provide written feedback to colleagues and clients
