Loan Portfolio Operations Assistant (Property Lending)

Up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits

Please note, this role is 5 days a week in the office in London

Due to rapid and exciting business growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Loan Portfolio Assistant to join a boutique property lending company based in central London. Our client, a specialist lending company, is seeking a Loan Portfolio Assistant with strong lending experience, to support the administration and management of their loan portfolio. Candidates must have strong analytical and communications skills, and previous experience within lending.

Duties of the Loan Portfolio Assistant to include:

• Portfolio Management: Maintain loan data, reconcile records, track interest collections, ensure property insurance, and support loan redemptions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports, analyse loan trends, and create presentations for stakeholders.
• Documentation and Compliance: Review loan documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with legal teams.
• Customer Service: Address loan inquiries, communicate with borrowers, and assist with loan closings.

Requirements for the successful Loan Portfolio Assistant:

• Experience in lending or loan administration preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in loan management software and MS Office.
• Understanding of lending principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
