CANDIDATES MUST HAVE STRONG PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing UK-based FinTech company, is seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their engineering and product development. This is an exciting new role, joining a thriving FinTech innovator that is a Principal Member of major card schemes, specializing in card issuing, merchant acquiring, and cutting-edge payment solutions. You'll be instrumental in shaping the technological future of a company that is empowering businesses globally to manage and grow their payment ecosystems. This is a busy and fast-paced role. We are seeking candidates with strong programming skills, who are hungry and ready to get stuck in, who want to be a KEY PLAYER within the development of a rapidly growing payments company.

Upcoming scope of the work for the CTO:

  • Development of own e-wallet back-office and front-office.
  • Implementation of Kraken.
  • Implementation of Fireblocks.
  • Implementation of digital banks.
  • Building the e-wallet, accounting and cryptoflows.
  • Work with the team on the development of the reconciliation and safeguarding.
  • To build your own e-commerce gateway.
  • To build its own processing centre.
  • Proceed with the development of your own mobile banking application.

Requirements for the successful CTO to include:

  • Candidates must have experience in the following areas:
    • Payment Cards Acquiring Skills and Expertise.
    • Payment Cards Issuing Skills and Expertise.
    • Cryptocurrencies Skills and Expertise.
    • E-wallets Skills and Expertise.
    • Practical knowledge and software development in processing.
    • Must have the skills to develop their own database, scripts, etc, for the work.
    • Must be a hands-on contributor, directly responsible for your tasks and ready to dive into the work.
    • Candidate must have software development skills with the following programming languages:
      • Frontend: TS, JS, Next.js, React,js, redux, Java
      • Backend: TS, JS, Nest.js
      • Mobile: Expo RN
      • DB: Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis
      • Other: Git, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud.
