You could be the perfect fit for the team at Montpellier Resourcing! Due to exciting expansion, we are seeking an Administrator to join our team. We are a boutique finance and banking recruitment agency with over 20 years in the business, and we specialise in connecting our clients to top tier talent.

We are looking for driven, passionate and enthusiastic candidates to join the team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of roles, including resourcing new candidates, formatting candidate applications, telephone calls to explain job specs and producing jobs adverts for new roles. 

Key Responsibilities of the Graduate Administrator to include:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards and social media, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Application Management: Handle the administration of applications, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support to Recruitment Consultants: Assist consultants with administrative tasks, such as preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, and coordinating interviews.

Requirements for the successful candidate:

  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
