A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior Marketing professional to join an innovative legal and financial regulations company to support with their growth and expansion. The company works to support clients within financial services, legal, and compliance sectors to navigate complex, global regulatory landscapes. As the Global Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing execution to enhance brand consistency, boost market visibility, craft compelling messaging, and accelerate revenue growth worldwide. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with executional excellence and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities of the Global Head of Marketing:
- Create and implement a holistic, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns directly with the business objectives and aggressive growth targets.
- Partner with product and sales to build, manage, and optimize the engine for global demand generation and pipeline creation.
- Shape the global brand narrative, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all platforms and markets. You'll translate complex product capabilities into clear, powerful value propositions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, international marketing organization. You will empower regional leads with the tools and autonomy they need to succeed while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage the global marketing budget, define key performance indicators, and instill a culture of performance and ROI tracking.
Requirements of the Global Head of Marketing:
- At least 7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS, professional services, or a similar content/compliance-driven business.
- Candidates will have experience in a private equity-backed environment and a track record of marketing to the financial services, legal, or compliance sectors is a plus.
- Strong leadership experience. Experience fostering a strong team culture and inspiring others to achieve ambitious goals.
- Business Acumen: a deep understanding of demand generation, digital channels, and brand strategy, and you're comfortable working closely with product, sales, and executive leadership.
- Collaboration: experience working with external agencies and managing complex MarTech stacks.
