Montpellier Private Client Division is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth running of an UHNW household. This pivotal role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage staff and operations to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities of the House Manager to include:

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the household
• Supervise and coordinate household staff, including recruitment and training
• Manage budgets, expenses, and household accounts
• Oversee property maintenance, security, and vendor relationships
• Plan and execute private events and family gatherings
• Ensure the household operates seamlessly, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively
• Travel with the family when required

Requirements for the successful Private Chef to include:

• Proven experience as a House Manager or in a senior private household role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Impeccable discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and household protocols
