The Role

As a Private Chef, you will design and prepare exquisite meals tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, flexibility, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the Private Chef to include:

• Plan and execute daily menus, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Create seasonal, nutritious, and innovative dishes using the finest ingredients
• Cater for special events, private parties, and formal dinners
• Manage kitchen operations, including sourcing premium produce and maintaining inventory
• Ensure impeccable hygiene and compliance with food safety standards
• Adapt to dietary restrictions and cultural preferences
• Travel with the family when required

Requirements for the successful Private Chef to include:

• Proven experience as a Private Chef for UHNW families or in luxury hospitality
• Expertise in international cuisines and fine dining presentation
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion at all times
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours
• Professional culinary qualifications preferred
