A newly created opportunity has arisen for a JUNIOR UNDERWRITER to join one of the fastest growing specialist banking groups in London. The successful candidate will be required to support the delivery of Commercial lending decisions ensuring that all compliance policies and regulations are adhered to.
Duties to include:
· Ensure that all procedures/manuals are maintained accurately and documented accordingly to the company’s guidelines
· Prepare mortgage offers
· Assisting the completions team
· Ensure that the customer is always placed first whilst delivering an exceptional professional service.
· Build strong working relationships all parties involved in the mortgage origination process
· Ensure the financial and regulatory requirements are maintained and up to date.
Candidates must have gained underwriting experience within Commercial Mortgages (Buy to Let background considered). This is a great opportunity for a candidate with an excellent knowledge of the regulatory landscape to join a highly skilled Underwriting team. Superb progression opportunities!
