- London based role – travel to catchment area 2 days per week
Due to aggressive growth plans for 2017, a boutique lender based in Central London is looking to increase their sales pipeline with the addition of an excellent BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who specialises in BRIDGING & DEVELOPMENT FINANCE. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with strong intermediary connections in MIDLANDS / NORTH ENGLANDto grow a new area of the banks existing business.
Duties include;
- Generating new business and maintaining established portfolio
- Reach all activity targets in relation to lending applications; develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties in order to achieve this
- Regular contact with brokers, solicitors, clients, and valuers - ensuring that valuations and reports are professional and comply with bank procedures; quickly follow on those that don’t
- Positive promotion of the company through external events etc.
