One of the fastest growing specialist banking groups based in Central London have a newly created opportunity for a Credit Manager to join their Commercial Mortgages division. The successful candidate will have responsibility for underwriting the Commercial mortgages within the division and provide delivery of lending decisions based on overall considerations of any risk factors that may arise.
Duties to include:
· Responsible for the final checks and sign off of loans
· Undertaking compliance checks
· Ensure that all compliance policies and regulations are adhered to
· Ensure a low level of arrears
· Ensure that all procedures/manuals are developed maintained accurately and documented accordingly to the company's guidelines
· Ensure that the customer is always placed first whilst delivering an exceptional professional service.
