- A fantastic opportunity has arisen within in a City based Private Bank for a Card Services Clerk on a contractual basis of 6 months. Candidates should possess previous Card Services experience gained within a banking environment and demonstrate a strong customer focus and a keen attention to detail.
Duties to include:
· Customer Services: responding to queries from customers or the Business in writing or by telephone on card accounts
· Liaising with customers, banks and VISA to resolve transaction disputes and retrieve funds
· Preparing, issuing and dispatching cards
· Maintain and update the card systems
· Monitoring risk management system to identify fraud, liaising with customers to verify spending
· Production of management reports
· CHAPS and SWIFT payment processing
