A fantastic new opportunity has arisen at an International Private Bank based in Central London for an Investment Operations Supervisor. The purpose of this role is to support the Team Manager with the operational running of the team, authorising daily tasks of team members and setting work agendas. You will provideadministrative support to the Investment Management and Private Banking team, through the opening / closing of investment accounts, transfers of assets and payments between organisations and the amendment of client data.
Duties -
· Support and work with the Team Manager to enhance knowledge and expertise across the team and business.
· Communicate with team members prioritizing work flow and helping with complex queries
· Monitor the client on-boarding process, including account opening and closing, and raising stock transfers and deposits
· Use the in-house database to ensure all client information is up-to-date
· Liaise with and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to include Investment Managers and intermediaries
· Any ad hoc duties, and delivering high stand client service, balancing client needs
To be considered for this position, candidates MUST have supervisory experience gained operationally at a similar institution (Private Bank / Investment Bank / Wealth Management).The successful candidate will need an in depth knowledge of UK securities administration
