An expanding specialist lending banking group in Central London are seeking a Structured Finance Specialist who has vast experience in various types of property lending from residential development to bridging. The successful candidate will be required to manage and develop a portfolio of property clients, managing the full process from pre credit sanctioning to post credit sanctioning; previous experience working within banking and real estate are essential.
Duties include;
· Managing a portfolio of clients and developing customer relationships
· Assisting with preparation of credit applications and assisting with property purchases
· Negotiating terms directly with client and bank, reviewing documentation assigned to clients
