Following rapid expansion Asprey Medical Services Recruitment Agency are currently recruiting for a Senior Medical Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

Being an awarded supplier to the NHS alongside holding preferred supplier status to over 30 private healthcare companies Asprey Medical Services are both an established and reputable, unique agency within the medical recruitment market.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Recruitment Consultant to develop their current Allied Health Professional division.
Working on a warm desk with over 100 new vacancies arriving on a daily basis they are looking for an individual with ambition and drive to increase sales and develop their existing division.
You will be responsible for:
- 360 recruitment process
- Manage candidate contracts
- Maintain and maximise client relationships
- Develop new client leads
- Attracting new candidates for existing positions
- Candidate marketing and generation
- Qualify candidate suitability for positions
- Liaising with the compliance department regarding candidate’s availability status
- Taking responsibility for delivering to targets
- Tendering for new business
Essential Requirements:- Experience within Allied Health Professional Recruitment including but not limited to: Radiography, Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Sonography, Occupational Therapy, Operating Department Practitioners and Dieticians
- Proven billing history
- Excellent communication skills
