Central London-based global technology company have a requirement for a hands-on Office Manager to join their growing team. The purpose of the role will be to ensure the smooth running of an office of 20 staff as well as provide high-level support to the CEO. Duties to include:
· Ordering and maintaining kitchen and stationary supplies
· Overseeing supplier contracts – re-tendering where necessary
· Coordinating office moves
· Coordinating minor works
· Management of budgets
· Liaising with building management regarding Health & Safety issues and ensuring the compliance of the office
· Organising desk assessments, updating risk assessments
· Managing business schedules and diary for the CEO
· Managing email inboxes for the CEO and 2 senior managers
· Organising domestic and international travel (including itineraries)for the CEO and 2 senior managers
· Screening telephone calls
· Organising meetings, including board and committee meetings and conference calls
· Taking meeting notes and typing up for distribution
· Producing documents such as written correspondence, board meeting packs, reports and presentations
· Processing and submitting expenses
Organised, reliable and totally discreet, this is a role of responsibility with a varied brief for an individual with gravitas who relishes a challenge and is open to change. You will enjoy working in a smaller, corporate environment where the value that you add with have a direct impact. To be considered, candidates MUST have relevant Office Management and PA experience dealing with senior-level staff as well as having a positive, professional and personable approach.
