- A fantastic opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst has arisen within a rapidly expanding and highly-regarded property development company based in the West End. You will be working in a fast-paced demanding environment and be required to manage multiple tasks to deadlines. Duties to include:
· Close liaison with head office on IT issues as they arise
· Dealing with 1st / 2nd line support queries
- Logging, tracking and resolving incidents and service requests.
· Set up of user accounts, access and licences
· Phone system management
· Procurement: purchasing of laptops and mobile phones
Educated to degree-level in a relevant subject, the ideal candidate will demonstrate recent relevant helpdesk experience with a working knowledge of helpdesk software, databases and remote control.
As well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills, the ideal Helpdesk Support Analyst will have first class communication (written and spoken English) and organisational skills, a keen attention to detail with a strong customer focus.
