An excellent opportunity has arisen within a City-based International Banking Group for an enthusiastic and keen individual to join the treasury settlements team and advance their knowledge of settlements, reconciliations and investigations. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years financial services experience looking to advance their career.
Duties to include:
- Validate and process foreign exchange trades accurately
- Perform daily reconciliations, conducting and resolving any issues as they occur
- Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies or errors as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant correspondent and agent banks to ensure delivery of payments and to resolve any issues
Candidates will be interested in a career within Treasury Operations with one year’s experience within the financial services sector (ideally gained in treasury). As well as good communication and interpersonal skills you MUST have an excellent attention to detail and be confident, assertive and ready to take on new challenges. Full training will be given.
