A great opportunity has arisen within an expanding specialist lending banking group based in Central London for a recent graduate with admin experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Structured Finance Team in all aspects of administration related to sales, underwriting and portfolio management.
Duties to include:
· Day to day administrative tasks (credit searches, SIRA, SRA, Land Registry, photocopying, scanning files, Aurius, etc)
· Client/Broker Follow Up
· Arranging valuations including seeking alternative / best quotes
· Liaising with the Bank’s solicitors/valuers
· Booking meetings/appointments
· Taking notes at client meetings
· Assisting the Case Manager with day to day administrative tasks
· Organising Documentation to include: Preparation of Credit Files, Valuations, Reports, Surveys, etc.
To apply for this role candidates MUST have experience working in a bank from a banking or
financial services institution and be educated to degree level. Candidates must have a confident telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with a range of clients, brokers, solicitors, surveyors etc. Candidates with experience of PROPERTY LENDING will be at an advantage.
