Leading City based Financial Services Company requires a German AND Italian speaking Client Services Specialist to deliver a first-class service to their clients. Working within the Payments department, the successful candidate will be required to liaise with clients and Banks to deal with payment queries until resolution and help with day to day trading processes.
Duties to include:
- Assisting salesperson with managing client requests
- Training clients
- Track and assist clients and work with internal team to resolve issues with payments or systems
- Informing clients of issues with payments.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with client base.
- Assist in checking and processing trades.
- Engaging with corresponding banks to resolve issues.
Applicants must possess fluent German and conversational Italian language skills. Applicants will have extensive customer service experience and ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent). A strong customer focus and a flair for marketing services to customers are also required. Candidates with knowledge of settlement systems hold an advantage.
