- International banking group is seeking a Team Assistant to support to provide temporary cover from 2nd – 16th October with a half day handover on 29th September. Supporting a busy and friendly team you will be required to:
- Managing busy calendars; organising large meetings - domestic and international, organising conference calls, setting up client meetings, ensuring plans are communicated well with the team and any stakeholders involved
- Arranging travel - flights, visa applications etc.
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Submitting expenses
· Answering phone calls and taking accurate messages
· Printing / scanning / binding documents
· Maintaining sickness and holiday records
· Setting up new starters
· Liaising with IT regarding any issues the team may be having
- Work effectively within the team to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
To be considered for this role applicants must have previous experience as a Team Assistant / PA, ideally gained within Banking / a professional services company. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a sound knowledge of MS Office packages and be able to juggle conflicting schedules whilst working to deadlines.
Applicants MUST be available for work from 2nd – 16th October with a half day handover on 29th September.
