TO £50K + BENS + BONUS
Excellent opportunity has arisen within this international bank based in the West End for a Loan Documentation Officer on a 6 month initial contract. You will be the main point of contact within the bank regarding Credit admin and Operations support – namely the preparation of security and facility documentation and the associated monitoring of portfolios and covenants. Candidates must have experience with syndicated and/or bilateral lending documentation from either a commercial or private banking background.
Duties to include:
· Preparation of relevant facility documentation for the release or transfer of the loan ensuring all company regulations are adhered to
· Review syndicated documentation, including preparing bilateral documentation
· Ensure the database is maintained and updated frequently
· Instruct and liaise with lawyers and valuers
· Providing quality assurance by ensuring any errors or areas of weakness are resolved in a timely manner
· Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to when conducting tasks
· Maintain a good understanding of Regulated Mortgage Contracts and Consumer Credit Act regulations.
To be considered for this opportunity,candidates will have experience in dealing with Wholesale/SME/Private Banking Credit Facilities.
