TO £85K + BENS
International private banking group based in central London are seeking to recruit a Credit Operations professional to lead a credit change programme for a period of 1 year. Working within a small, dedicated team the role encompasses management and delivery of a forward pipeline of credit change projects across a range of regulatory, policy, procedures, data and systems requirements.
With support from the Head of Credit the successful candidate will need to take ownership of individual work streams and use their own credit/lending experience and change management skills to implement project requirements quickly and efficiently.
In addition to proven credit and risk management experience, some prior knowledge of capital regulations and/or IFRS9 or statistical modelling would be desirable though not essential. The successful candidate must be prepared to make a hands-on contribution to various projects running in parallel and will be a good written and verbal communicator with experience of stakeholdermanagement and development / implementation of procedures.
