- Leading City based trading house is currently seeking a Nostro Reconciliations Team Leader to join their Operations Team. The successful candidate will lead a small team and ensure the successful completion of all Nostro functions within the company, whilst adhering to any regulatory requirements in place with the company's policies and procedures.
Duties to include:
" Coach and develop all members of the team and effectively address any staffing issues should they arise" Reconciliation of all Cash Nostro accounts using reconciliation systems" Ensure that the internal controls daily checklist is completed accordingly and any irregularities are reported" Maintaining static data" Assessing workflows and strengthening areas prone to operational risk" Ensure all members of the team maintain training and development" Maintain procedures for the team
Candidates must have previous experience of supervising a team within Nostro Reconciliations. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work well in a pressurised environment.
