A fantastic opportunity has arisen in an international bank in central London for a Customer Service Representativewithin debit card services for a contractual period of 1 year. Candidates should possess previous customer services experience gained within a banking environment and demonstrate a strong customer focus and a keen attention to detail.
Duties to include:
· Customer Services: responding to queries from customers or the Business on card accounts
· Liaising with customers, banks and 3rd party provider to resolve transaction disputes and retrieve funds
· Monitoring risk management system to identify fraud, liaising with customers to verify spending
· Maintain and update customer information on systems
· Assist the bank in managing its business relations
Applicants MUST be educated to DEGREE level (2:1 or above) or equivalent, fluent spoken and written Cantoneselanguage skills are ESSENTIAL
