- Following a period of rapid expansion, City-based international banking group requires an experienced Payments Officer with SWIFT payments experience and FLUENT GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS. To join them on an ongoing temporary basis to assist with a project.
You will be responsible for:
" Ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and to deadlines (by SWIFT, SEPA, BACS)
" Processing both inward and outward remittances and clearing
" Processing of incoming funds to customer accounts
" Processing Direct Debits, Standing Orders etc.
" Investigation of queries and resolution of errors
" Assisting with project work: system implementation and UAT as required
To be considered for this exciting new opportunity applicants MUST have solid customer payments processing experience and demonstrate a detailed knowledge of inward and outward clearing procedures to include SWIFT and SEPA payments. Fluent German language skills are ESSENTIAL.
