- A fantastic opportunity has arisen in an international bank in Birmingham for a Customer Service Representative to join on a 12 month contract. Candidates should be fluent in CANTONESE and possess at least ONE year experience gained within banking.Duties to include:" Perform Middle/ Back office operations." Conduct KYC reviews" Customer Service Administration: completing and inputting data, making amendments to on-screen/manual records" Ensuring that information provided is accurate and to the quality expected by the bank." Completing set tasks and meeting deadlines" Ad-hoc duties as and when require.Applicants MUST be fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese. You must have a strong customer service focus with a keen attention.
