To £61k + EX BONUS

City-based international investment bank is strengthening their Treasury Department with the addition of a BA with solid treasury knowledge as well as previous experience working on systems upgrade / implementation.

Candidates must have experience in developing business requirements and documenting processes and procedures in support of Treasury Management products and services (FX / MM) with a particular focus on technology design and implementation. Working with vendors, Treasury Settlements & Confirmations teams and the Head of Treasury you will be required to :

·         Analyse data, presenting recommendations to management for changes to systems and processes including management reporting processes

·         Schedule work plans for work streams whilst making certain there is sufficient deployment of resources for BAU

·         Build and present a case for business change and process improvement – challenging existing processes and making suggestions for improvement whilst maintaining an appreciation of the impact of change on the business and individuals concerned.

Applicants must demonstrate a sound understanding of treasury products and systems and a proven track record in successful system implantation and process improvement. You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to work independently to deadlines and remain a good team player.
