One of the fastest growing global FinTech companies, based in Central London, is seeking to hire a Salesforce Manager on a permanent basis to lead the expansion of Salesforce across the business. The successful candidate will be a hands-on Salesforce technical expert (Advanced Admin, App Builder) and must possess strong Business Analyst & Solution Design skills. This is a highly visible role in which you’ll be responsible for driving change and building effective relationships across all business levels.
You will be responsible for:
· Ownership of their 200 user Sales / Service Cloud and long-term strategy
· Develop an understanding of the company objectives and translate business needs into a Product Roadmap & design the Salesforce solutions to get the most from new Salesforce features to help the business growth
· Manage design and implementation of new features with their sales, service and marketing workflows
· Collaborate with IT Dev / Ops in order to align best practices
· Work with in-house Salesforce Admin in order to ensure data quality
· Manage third-party tools and vendors
· Managing UAT, working on issue management and acceptance through to go-live
· Ensure growing business management needs are maintained by designing, recommending and delivering ongoing developments
· Act as the in-house Salesforce SME
To be considered for this exciting new position, applicants will ideally have 5 years hands-on technical experience with Salesforce combined with strong stakeholder management & Project experience gained working in an Agile project environment. Experience working with Pardot as well as Sales, Service and / or Community Cloud Consultant certifications, are desirable. Whilst industry experience is not essential, candidates with a background in a B2B Financial Services / FinTech are preferred.
