One of the fastest growing global FinTech companies is strengthening their Product Management team based in Central London with the addition of a Senior Product Manager to support the Global Product Director.
This is a permanent opportunity and ideal role for a Senior Product Manager with payment technology experience, such as cross border payments, swift payments, ACH payments.
The successful candidate will be responsible taking ownership of the Software Development process and delivering the Product(s) to the market within the scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
Duties to include -
- Provide business expertise to teams throughout the design, development and delivery of the product.
- Working in a multifaceted environment; liaising with engineers, operations, compliance, marketing and sales teams in order to develop new payments products and services (mobile distributed ledger, Smart Contract, Wallet, Token payments etc).
- Understand and define the challenges facing global payments and develop solutions by creating a new payments capability, harnessing both new and legacy payment infrastructures.
- Work with companies to gauge a greater understanding of issues surrounding international payments and develop Products / Services accordingly.
- Create a coherent incentive structure for Banking partners so they can most effectively market the new products to their Corporate customers
- Own your product Roadmap, understand the needs of all key stakeholders and define the 'go to market’ plan for your products
The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the Product Management discipline combined with 'new’ payments experience, covering various payment technologies. To be considered, candidates must have a proven track record of working with all stakeholders in the end to end Software Development lifecycle.
