Prestigious banking group based in Central London is looking to expand their UK operations with the addition of an excellent RELATIONSHIP MANAGER who specialises in PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT. Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will perform a hybrid role managing an existing portfolio as well as originating new business within the development finance space (with some investment lending as well).
Duties include;
· Property lending development, generating new business and maintaining established portfolio
· Negotiating and structuring of proposals to send to Credit Committee before approval
· Develop applications to drawdown
· Regular contact with brokers, solicitors, clients, and valuers – ensuring that valuations and reports comply with bank procedures and following quickly on those that don’t
The successful candidate MUST hold a minimum of 5 years experience from a PROPERTY LENDING background. Candidates must have an in depth knowledge of CREDIT and LENDING to cover the whole process from inception to draw down.
