One of the fastest growing specialist banking groups in London requires an Associate Director of Loan Operations to join their Loans Administration and Operations team. You will be responsible for assisting all areas of Loans transaction processing and ensuring adherence to all Service Level Agreements.
Duties include:
- Ensure that all drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, guarantee bookings and fees are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in the preparation of the department’s reporting and internal controls
- Process primary and secondary trades in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with Customers / Relationship managers and Participant Banks in order to ensure that Bilateral, Syndicated and Agency facilities are correctly processed in a timely manner
- Ensure that nostro outstandings are tightly controlled
- Report to the Senior Associate Director delayed items, disputed amounts and provide updates on outstanding investigations
- Assist with projects and ad hoc tasks
Detailed knowledge of Loan products, understanding of Loans documentation, exceptional organisation and time management skills are vital for this position.
