- Description
- A fantastic opportunity has arisen in an international bank in Central London for a Customer Service Representative to join them on a permanent basis. Candidates should be fluent in CANTONESE and will ideally have previous Retail banking experience.
Duties to include:
- To provide all cashier services and handle cash accurately.
- To provide existing and potential customers the best experience at the Bank.
- To provide quality customer services in accordance with the Bank’s policy and procedures.
- To recognize customers' needs and develop new business for the Bank to achieve sales target.
- To support all designated areas within the branch operations where service or assistance is required.
Applicants MUST be fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese. You must have a strong customer service focus with a keen attention. You will ideally have experience in financial services and be competent with MS Office including Excel and Word.
