- Description
- Excellent opportunity has arisen within this Central London based bank for a Loans Officer within property / development finance. The successful candidate will demonstrate previous loans administration and documentation experience, supporting the Loans Admin Team you will be responsible for:
- Inputting of credit applications into the database
- Maintenance of loan data (collateral, limits etc.)
- Issuing, processing and review of credit documentation
- Liaising with valuers, lawyers and monitoring surveyors regarding due diligence
- Collateral monitoring, review and control
- Limit maintenance
- Releasing of payments
- Excess management
- Limit review and reporting
- General Credit Committee administration
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills with a methodical and conscientious approach to their work. Applicants must have experience with property / development finance and a proven record in supporting lending managers within this sector.
