PROPOSAL TEAM LEAD (SALES)

Salary: Up to £25,000

A Tech Company in Kent is seeking to add a Proposal Team Lead to their Sales Team to ensure the production; editing and collation of documents are on time and accurate. Previous experience in a similar role is critical to be considered.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for production, editing and collation of documents and information as well as the final design of proposal documents
• Setting up and coordinating meetings as required with members of the proposal team and  other stakeholders
• Working with colleagues, create and complete an Excel costing document
• To manage the tender process with all stakeholders to ensure deadline is made
• Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and accurate to ensure the tender process runs   as effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Submission management

Experience:

• Previous experience in Proposal/Bid Management
• Experience In liaising with internal and external account managers (sales)
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience in using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access, Sharepoint, Photoshop, AutoCad   (low level) is desirable
• Experience prioritising requirements and work under pressure whilst maintaining SLAs
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Work under pressure planning, organising and implementing skills for completion of a project
