- Up £45k + Bens + BonsGlobal Trading house based in London is seeking to add a RECRUITMENT ADVISOR to their Human Recourses, EMEA department. The role will also consist of HR Administration duties. The successful candidate must have proven experience within a recruitment environment; management level would be ideal but not essential.Duties below:- Advice and guidance to managers across EMEA with Recruitment and HR- Working closely with the hiring line managers and agencies, when needed to utilise job boards- Advertising roles internally and externally, working closely with the candidates from their applications to the final offer- Sourcing candidates via job boards, screening CVs, arranging meetings- Assisting HR duties when required, benefits or payroll, while compile audit reports to assist with special projects.Qualifications/Experience- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.- Educated to Bachelor's Degree level- preferred.This vacancy is being advertised by Montpellier Resourcing Limited.
