- To £26K + BensA fantastic opportunity has arisen within a City-based financial institution for a degree-educated (or equivalent) individual who is pragmatic and driven and wishes to develop a career in HR. Working within a supportive and friendly team you will be responsible for a varied workload which will include the following;" New Joiner Process - prepare induction packs and add new joiners to relevant systems." Pre-employment screening" Leavers Process - produce leaver letters, organise exit interviews, update relevant systems" Payroll and benefits administration, liaising with the payroll provider" Supporting the recruitment process - arranging interviews, placing job adverts, screening applications etc." Maintain accurate employee records and organisation charts" Working on ad hoc projects as requiredIn order to be considered for this role, candidates must have a genuine interest in a career in HR and be educated to degree level (2:1, or equivalent). The successful candidate will also be a confident, articulate individual with first class written and spoken English and excellent organisational skills.
