TO £40K + BENS + BONUS
Due to rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Underwriter to join a boutique lender based in North London, specifically Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting all new Bridging & Property Development Finance applications in line with the company lending policy.Candidates must ideally have experience in underwriting for bridging or development finance, but other areas of property lending will be considered.
Duties to include:- Underwrite and approve loans against agreed lending criteria
- Handling broker calls on specific cases under review; manage customer expectations
- Liaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors, Solicitors and Customers)
