Are you a client service superstar with a passion for the non-profit sector? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded Investment Management firm in the heart of the City, specifically within our Charities team.
We are seeking a proactive Client Associate to act as the lead contact for all Charities Client Lifecycle tasks. You will be the "go-to" person for our charity clients, working closely with Investment Directors to deliver unparalleled service and ensure their unique mission-driven goals are supported by seamless administration.
Duties of the Client Services Executive (Charities) to include:
- In this role, you will take full ownership of the Charities client journey, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint:
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain deep relationships with Charity clients and stakeholders, utilizing your knowledge of their specific requirements to deliver desired outcomes.
- Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the end-to-end management of account opening, onboarding, transfers, and account amendments in line with our Operating Model.
- Administrative Ownership: Act as the primary liaison between clients, investment teams, and operations. You will lead discussions on administrative matters during client meetings.
- Suitability Support: Help the Investment Team gather essential information to support client suitability and produce tailored client summaries and welcome letters.
- Process Excellence: Oversee the operating model for your team, ensuring all group-wide processes meet KPI benchmarks while proactively escalating suggestions for process enhancement.
What we need from you as a Client Service Executive (Charities):
- Previous experience working within Investment Management is essential. Experience specifically supporting Charity clients is highly desirable.
- Progression from a CSA role or equivalent external experience managing end-to-end financial administration.
- Technical Knowledge: A broad understanding of Investment Proposition Suites and the regulatory environment. An Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) is desirable.
- Client Facing experience within financial services is required.
- Personable and professional with strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages.
