Key Responsibilities of the EA to include:
Strategic Partnership & Executive Support

- Inbox & Communication: Manage the CEO’s correspondence and inbox, ensuring priorities are surfaced and professional standards are maintained.
- Briefing & Reporting: Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and reports for board sessions, investor briefings, and public speaking engagements.
- Meeting Governance: Attend key meetings to record minutes, prepare agenda packs, and rigorously track action points to ensure accountability.
Stakeholder Management
- First Point of Contact: Act as a sophisticated gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including high-net-worth clients, board members, and regulators.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport across the organisation to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
Operational Excellence
- Strategic Tracking: Assist the CEO in monitoring the progress of key initiatives and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Event Management: Lead the coordination of leadership offsites, board meetings, and high-stakes corporate events.
- Administration: Oversee expenses, invoices, and approvals in strict alignment with company policy.
Requirements for the successful candidate to include:
We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You should possess:
- Sector Expertise: Proven experience as an EA or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives, specifically within Financial Services, Private Equity, or Wealth Management.
- Technical Command: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence for a sophisticated audience.
- Soft Skills: A high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), integrity, and the discretion necessary to handle sensitive information.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to act as a "thought partner," anticipating the CEO's needs and identifying process improvements before they are even requested.
